Privacy policy

CallBoards does not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, lead mills, or other contractors. There are no third-party ads on this product. Information stays on the platform except where this policy says otherwise.

No data sharing

We do not rent lists. We do not sell phone numbers. We do not hand your profile to a marketing partner. Job contact (phone, email, name, address) on a homeowner post is locked until the homeowner accepts a specific contractor. Live residential, commercial, and other-service tickets show city and trade, not street or name, until the owner accepts. We do not applicant name or street address. We do not publish that contact in a directory. Social links you add (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) appear only on your public CallBoards page because you chose to share them.

What we keep

Account identity (from email and password), your profile (name, photo, bio, LLC, city, license, logo, social links), work photos and videos you upload, jobs you post and the scope files attached to them (photos, videos, or PDFs of the work, up to 25 MB), approvals, ratings, reports you file, and notifications. Contractor expense and tax-year books stay on that contractor account only — homeowners cannot see them. Membership is billed by Square. CallBoards does not store card numbers on our servers.

How it is used

To operate the marketplace: show your profile to a homeowner after you approve their request, notify the other party, and unlock contact only when the homeowner accepts. We do not use your content to train public models or to market third-party products.

Security

Access to your rows is scoped to your signed-in account on the server. Traffic runs over HTTPS. Reports of scams stay private. See Safety and scams.

Retention

We keep profile and job records while the account is open. You may ask us to close the account and remove profile media. Legal holds may require a limited archive.
