What happens after I pay?: Square sends you back to CallBoards. Membership turns on on this contractor account. If your public page is already complete, the live board opens with total access — unlimited leads, your state first, then nationwide. If the page is not finished, you complete it, then the board opens. Jobs you already claimed stay in My jobs. Square then tells CallBoards about later monthly charges so all-access stays in sync.
What do I get for free?: Three lead credits, one time. Approve a ticket to use one. Those jobs stay in My jobs. After the third, the board requires $29.99 membership — the free credits do not reset.
What does the $29.99 membership unlock?: All access: unlimited claims nationwide. The three jobs you already claimed stay in My jobs. After membership lapses, those jobs remain saved; new leads require $29.99 to reactivate.
Do I still see jobs in my own state?: Yes. Your state is pinned first on the dispatch board. Switch to any other state — or nationwide — whenever you want more work.
Why do I have to finish a profile first?: Homeowners review your profile — bio, registered LLC, logo, photos and videos — after you approve their request. Approving stays closed until that page is complete. Contact still waits on them, on the three free leads and on membership.
Is this billed for real?: Yes. Square charges $29.99 every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from this page. You keep the board through the end of that month. Then it is final. Your three free jobs stay in My jobs. New leads require $29.99 to reactivate — the free credits do not start over.
Can I cancel if I am not satisfied?: Yes. Cancel membership on this page. You keep all-access until the last day of the month. After that, Square stops charging. Jobs you already claimed stay in My jobs. To take new leads, pay $29.99 to reactivate.
